WE ARE ALWAYS ON THE LOOK OUT FOR PERMANENT EXPERIENCED BARISTAS WITH EXCELLENT COFFEE KNOWLEDGE PART-TIME OR FULLTIME & FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBERS
We are centric to the lives of the locals and are very grateful for their support. They love our independent café in NW London established over 21 years ago. We are always keen to find team members who can ensure, maintain the quality and consistency of our coffee offering.
You will understand brew ratios and have a working knowledge of coffee equipment. We would prefer for you to have had a decent length of time working as a senior barista in another reputable coffee shop. We serve Dark Arts coffee (and Nemi Teas). We have a La Marzocco espresso machine & a Mazzer grinder. We serve all the usual coffees as well as having a brewer for filter and serving V60.
We look for exceptional people who can help us build on our reputation for great food and to be the “go-to- cafe” for quality coffee & other beverages.
So to conclude, successful candidates will have a great personality and attitude and work well as part of a team for the benefit of our customers. Our ideal team members are friendly, confident and passionate.
