We have continued to research and strive to supply an ethical, well roasted and tasty coffee. In Dark Arts, we have found a roastery who are passionate about their coffee. From their approach to roasting through to the excellent service levels and character of their coffees. Bio in Brazil, Fabio Araùjo has been growing coffee from a very young age. This quickly became his passion and even while he was attending medical school, he made time to process coffee. Today Fazenda do Salto is run by Fabio and his sons, André and Juca. They are always striving to produce coffee while understanding the importance of sustainability, environmental and social issues.

Our range of teas now come from Nemi Teas a London-based tea company that offers a variety of tea blends.
We love the fact that they provide employment to refugees, giving them local work experience and job readiness skills to enter the UK workforce and integrate into broader society.
